变电站用高空作业平台作为变电站设备施工检修的基本辅助装置,对于保证电力系统工程建设的安全性和变电设备的可靠运行具有重要作用。为了满足变电站设备现场检修的实际需求,文章设计了一种操作简便、轻便小巧、绝缘性能良好、结构安全可靠的高空作业轻便绝缘平台;阐述了平台设计的基本结构和操作原理;综合考虑平台的绝缘性、轻便性和稳定性,选取了最合理的平台主体结构材料,并设计实现了平台的基本功能;详细说明了平台使用中的具体要求及可能遇到问题的解决方案。最后通过绝缘测试和现场实际应用表明,所设计的平台极大地提高了变电站高空作业的安全性、可靠性和轻便性。

As the basic assistive devices of substation equipment maintenance, the aerial work platform in substation plays an important role to ensure the security of power system construction and the reliable operation of the substation equipment. In order to meet the actual needs of on-site maintenance of substation equipment, this paper designed a kind of portable and insulating aerial work platform, which is easy operation, good insulation, portable, compact, safe and reliable. The basic structure and operating principle of the platform was elaborated; Considering the insulation, Portability and stability of platform, the most reasonable main structure materials of platform was selected, and the basic functions of the platform were designed and implementation. The speciifc requirements and the solutions that the platform may encounter the problems in the process of application are descripted detailed. Finally, the result of insulation test and the spot application indicate that the designed platform greatly improves the security, reliability and portability of the substation aerial work.
