对4种不同碳型组成的环烷基变压器油进行加速热老化实验,通过测定热老化过程中变压器油的界面张力、介质损耗因数和溶解气体含量,考察变压器的碳型组成与热老化安定性的相关性。结果表明:环烷基变压器油在相同的热老化条件下,CA值越大,变压器油的热老化安定性越差;在CA值相同的情况下,CN值越大,热老化安定性越好。

Four naphthenic transformer oils with different composition were conducted accelerated thermal ageing experiments. The interfacial tension, dielectric loss factor, and content of dissolved gas of the transformer oils during thermal ageing process were tested, and the relationship between composition and thermal ageing stability of the transformer oils were investigated. The results show that under the same thermal ageing condition, the larger the CA value of the naphthenic transformer oil, the poorer the thermal ageing stability of the transformer oil is. When the CA value is the same, the larger the CN value, the better the thermal ageing stability of the transformer oil is.
