目的对280例成人麻疹患者临床资料进行分析，探讨本次成人麻疹临床特征及流行病学特点。方法对280例麻疹患者的临床资料资料进行回顾性分析。结果280例患者发病集中于2~3月份，其中68.9%为外地流动人口，73.9%疫苗接种史不详。53.92%体温≥39oC，71.7%并发肝损害。90.72%麻疹病毒抗体阳性。结论成人麻疹全身中毒症状重，易于并发肝损害。成人麻疹增多可能与麻疹疫苗接种不规范或接种疫苗抗体滴度下降、流动人口加剧等因素有关，应早发现、早治疗，预后良好。

Objective To evaluate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of adult measles.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 280 patients with adult measles.Results The peak of the incidence of disease emerged in February and March. 68.9%of the patients were migrants. 73.9%of the patients didn't known whether they vaccinated measles.53.92% of patients' temperature were more than 39oC. 71.7%had liver complications. The positive rate of measles virus IgM antibody in serum was 90.72%. Conclusion Adult measles cases showed heavy symptoms of systemic poisoning and easy to concur ent liver complications. Increase of adult measles maybe related to the nonstandard inoculation of measles vaccine,the decrease of IgM antibody levels and the increase of migrants and so on.Early discovery and active treatment is the key to a good prognosis.
