文章针对舟山电网IEC60870-5-103规约向IEC61850过渡阶段保护信息的技术特点和发展趋势，分析了当前电网继电保护及故障信息系统的应用需求，并结合海岛电网继电保护及故障信息系统实际，提出并实施了地区电网一体化继电保护及故障信息系统的新理念，阐述了系统的建设策略、着重分析了其网络拓扑结构、系统通信模型构建及应用经验。
文章針對舟山電網IEC60870-5-103規約嚮IEC61850過渡階段保護信息的技術特點和髮展趨勢，分析瞭噹前電網繼電保護及故障信息繫統的應用需求，併結閤海島電網繼電保護及故障信息繫統實際，提齣併實施瞭地區電網一體化繼電保護及故障信息繫統的新理唸，闡述瞭繫統的建設策略、著重分析瞭其網絡拓撲結構、繫統通信模型構建及應用經驗。

The relay protection and fault information system is the best way to analyze power system fault and relay protection information. Based on the Zhoushan experience of the protective relay and fault recorder information processing system, an implementation method for protective relaying and fault information system was put forward. This paper mainly discusses the master system with respect to the hardware platform architecture, the soft ware platform architecture and the function design.
