创新驱动是促进经济增长方式转变与企业可持续成长的重要手段。以2011－2013年东北老工业典型地区装备制造企业调查数据为样本，利用因子分析方法提炼出规模实力要素、创新资源要素、市场环境要素及创新利益要素4个创新驱动影响要素，通过相关矩阵赋权法对不同所有制企业创新驱动关键影响要素及其主要影响指标进行评估和分析。结果发现：不同所有制企业在创新驱动关键要素维度下的现实基础不同，对企业创新发挥主要作用的要素也存在差异。其中，创新资源要素对国有企业创新的影响较大，市场环境要素对外资企业创新的刺激作用更大，创新利益要素对民营企业创新的促进作用最强。

Innovation driven is an important way to promote the transformation of economic growth mode and the sustain‐able development of enterprises .Using the panel data of the northeast old industry in typical areas of equipment manufac‐turing enterprise from 2011‐2013 ,we extract four innovation driven factors that include the scale strength elements ,ele‐ments of innovation resources ,market environment factors and innovation interest elements by using factor analysis meth‐ods .Through correlation matrix weighting method ,we evaluate and analyze the key influencing factors and the main influ‐encing factors of the innovation driving force of different ownership enterprises .This study shows that innovation driven factors have different degree of impact on the enterprises of different ow nership ,the effect of innovation resource elements of innovation of state‐ow ned enterprises is relatively large ,market environment factors on foreign‐funded enterprises inno‐vation stimulating effect is greater ,the innovation interest elements promote the strongest effect for the innovation of pri‐vate enterprises .
