2014年2月,甘肃陇南地区一条330kV输电线路发生了2基耐张塔倒塔的电网事故。耐张塔覆冰倒塔的案例非常少见,文章通过对设计相关参数的校核,对倒塔区域气象、地形等方面的系统分析研究,查找出了倒塔的真正原因,提出了事故应吸取的教训及建议,可为后续输电线路设计和运维提供参考依据。

An accident happened to the No. 2 strain tower of the 330kV transmission line in Longnan Area, Gansu in February, 2014. It’s a rare example of the strain tower’s collapse by ice coating. While checking the design parameters, systematically analyzed and researched the climate and terrain of the accident scene, and the real reasons of the tower collapse were found out. In the end it will offer several suggestions which should be got and would give reference to the subsequent design, operation and maintenance of the transmission lines.
