当前经济社会发展飞速，安全稳定的电力供应已成为生产生活的重要保障。为了有效提高供电可靠性，在不间断供电的前提下消除安全隐患，则需要采用带电作业的方式对影响线路及环境安全的杆塔进行迁改。文章主要以10kV配网架空线路带电立杆作业为例，当电杆立好后不能完全确保横担、瓷瓶与线路前后电杆的横担、瓷瓶方向一致而需要对电杆杆位进行校正，以满足配网运行标准及施工要求的方法进行探讨，以求提高10kV架空线路的安全运行水平。

Now the economy and society are developing very fast, the security and stability of power supply has become an important guarantee of production and life. In order to improve power supply reliability, on the premise of uninterrupted power supply to eliminate safety hidden trouble, need to adopt the way of live working on inlfuence and environmental safety of tower are moved to change. This article mainly to 10kv distribution network overhead line charged post operation, for example, when the pole made can't fully ensure the cross arm, porcelain and line before and after the direction of cross arm, porcelain pole and need to correction of pole, in order to satisfy the distribution network operation standard and construction requirements of the method were discussed, in order to improve the level of 10kv overhead line safe operation.
