从产业转移视角出发,建立了产业转移效应→知识管理→企业技术创新能力研究框架。根据欠发达地区企业自身特点,从关联嵌入路径、适应性竞争路径、员工流动路径及示范学习路径4个维度构建了产业转移对企业技术创新能力提升路径的理论模型。基于调查问卷数据,用 SEM 方法对模型进行了分析检验。结果表明:产业转移通过适应性竞争路径、员工流动路径显著促进了欠发达地区企业技术创新能力提升;关联嵌入路径和示范学习路径中部分路径显著促进了欠发达地区企业技术创新能力提升,如关联嵌入路径中的积累结构、认知资本路径,以及示范学习路径中的明确角色清晰性路径。

The paper establish the research framework of the effect of industry transfer to knowledge management →knowl‐edge management→enterprise technology innovation ability from the perspectives of industry transfer .According to their ow n characteristics ,the paper build the theory model of the path of ascension of enterprise technology innovation ability by industry transfer from four dimensions to the connection embedding path ,adaptive competing path ,employee turnover path and demonstration studying path .According to the questionnaire data ,testing and analyzing the data by means of SEM model .The results show that the industry transfer promotes enterprise's technological innovation ability in less de‐veloped areas through path through adaptive competing path 、employee turnover path and the part of connection embedding path and demonstration studying path ,such as the accumulation structure and cognitive capital of connection embedding path ,clearing the role of enterprise of the demonstration studying path .
