采用反应型紫外吸收剂UV-SUN CEL LIQ对蚕丝织物进行抗紫外整理,探讨了整理温度、时间、纯碱用量、氯化钠用量和紫外吸收剂用量对抗紫外效果的影响,测试了整理织物的耐水洗性能.结果表明:整理蚕丝织物的抗紫外性能随着整理时间的延长和氯化钠用量的增加而逐渐升高,随着整理温度的升高和纯碱用量的增加,蚕丝织物的UPF值先升高后降低;当紫外吸收剂用量为0.5 g/L时对蚕丝织物的较佳整理工艺为:纯碱用量0.5 g/L、氯化钠用量50~75 g/L、整理温度70~80℃,保温60 min,整理后蚕丝织物的UPF值接近110,且具有较好的耐洗性,整理织物经30次标准洗涤后UPF值仍在80以上.

The reactive UV- absorbent UV- SUN CEL LIQ was applied to UV protection finishing of silk fab-ric. The effects of finishing temperature, time, dosage of sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and UV- absor-bent on the anti- UV finishing effect were discussed, the washing fastness of finished silk fabric was also test-ed. The results showed that the UV protection properties of finished fabric increased with the increase of fin-ishing time and dosage of sodium chloride, and the UPF value increased at first and then decreased with the increase of finishing temperature and dosage of sodium carbonate. When the dosage of UV- absorbent was 0.5 g/L, the optimal dosage of sodium carbonate and sodium chloride were 0.5 g/L and 50~75 g/L, finishing at 70~80 ℃ for 60 min, the UPF value of finished silk fabrics reached to 110, and the fabrics obtained excellent washing fastness. The UPF value was still more than 80 after 30 times standard washing.
