With the widespread use of brushless DC motors,the controller market competition is increasingly fierce,and the contradiction between the excellent performance and low cost is becoming more and more prominent. The cost-effective MCU 79F9211 is selected as the controller in the design process of the IGBT drive circuit and other auxiliary circuits to complete the control system of the three-phase brushless DC motor. In the double closed-loop speed servo,the improved integral separation PI algorithm is applied,and the digital filtering algorithm for current sampling is optimized to meet the dynamic and static perfor-mance requirements of brushless DC motor,and to reduce the controlling cost. The feasibility of the system was verified by the experiments.
