针对连接式双管板冷凝器制造中的难点和关键点---换热管与壳程管板(即内管板)强度胀接工艺,进行了试验与研究。确定了合理的胀管率、胀接遍数等工艺参数,并应用在某公司氯甲烷冷凝器产品的制造中,达到了预期的效果。
針對連接式雙管闆冷凝器製造中的難點和關鍵點---換熱管與殼程管闆(即內管闆)彊度脹接工藝,進行瞭試驗與研究。確定瞭閤理的脹管率、脹接遍數等工藝參數,併應用在某公司氯甲烷冷凝器產品的製造中,達到瞭預期的效果。

The expansion process of tube-tube sheet (the inner tube sheet), as the manufacturing dififculty and key point of connection double tube-sheet heat exchanger, was researched. This article obtained suitable reasonable process parameters of tube, such as: expanding rate, expanding times etc. The results were applied in our company’s products of the Methyl chloride condense and achieved a satisfactory result.
