功能性玻璃钢防腐是火电厂湿法脱硫工程防腐的一种新工艺，其通过在设备基体表面直接形成底涂层、结构层和面涂层的多层复合材料内衬结构，使设备内壁完全处于防腐层的保护之下。通过分析功能性玻璃钢在施工过程中存在的主要问题，提出了提高功能性玻璃钢防腐质量的相关措施。

FFRP (Functionality Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is a new technology in wet process of lfue gas desulfurization project in the thermal power plant, making the inner wal of the equipment fuly protected by the anticorrosive coating through directly forming an multi-layer composite lining structure which includes ground bottom coat , structural layer&ifnishing coat on the surface of the equipment. Based on the analysis of main problems existed in the process of the construction of FFRP, the paper puts forward the related measures to improve the construction quality of FFRP anticorrosion.
