对某企业3台余热锅炉进行内部检验时，发现锅炉已由假冒取得清洗资质的单位进行违规化学清洗，且未按法规要求申报监检。进一步检查确认，不仅清洗过程完全不符合《锅炉化学清洗规则》的要求，而且除垢效果差，垢渣大量堆积，金属表面未钝化，存在因清洗不当造成安全隐患的严重问题。本文针对该案例进行危害分析，并提出整改意见和预防措施及建议。

It was found that three waste heat boilers have been chemical cleaned illegally by companies with fake qualiifcation when taking internal inspections. The chemical cleanings were also not declared for inspection according to regulations. And furthermore, the cleaning process not only violated the boiler chemical cleaning regulation, but also with poor effect of descaling, as a large number of scale was accumulated and the metal surface was unchromation, causing potential safety hazard. This paper analyzes the existing problem in this case, and gives out rectiifcation opinions and preventive measures.
