针对我国超临界锅炉实际热效率难以达到设计要求的问题,本文以一台1900t/h超临界锅炉为例,量化分析了制粉系统冷风量变化对排烟温度及锅炉效率的影响,得到不同冷风量与煤耗的关系,提出了提高锅炉运行效率的有益建议。
針對我國超臨界鍋爐實際熱效率難以達到設計要求的問題,本文以一檯1900t/h超臨界鍋爐為例,量化分析瞭製粉繫統冷風量變化對排煙溫度及鍋爐效率的影響,得到不同冷風量與煤耗的關繫,提齣瞭提高鍋爐運行效率的有益建議。

For the actual supercritical boiler thermal efifciency in our country, it is dififcult to meet the design requirements of the problem, based on a 1900t/h supercritical boiler as an example, the quantitative analysis of the coal pulverizing system cold wind quantity changes on exhaust temperature and boiler efifciency, the inlfuence of different amount of cold air and the relationship between the coal consumption, improve the boiler efifciency is good suggestion are put forward.
