本研究旨在调查我国上海副猪嗜血杆菌对临床常用抗菌药的耐药情况,为该病的临床用药与防治提供数据支持。2013~2014年从上海市多个屠宰场采集样品以及送检病料共计484份,采用细菌分离培养及PCR的方法,分离鉴定出62株副猪嗜血杆菌。采用微量琼脂稀释法测定21种临床常用抗菌药的最小抑菌浓度。药物敏感性测定结果表明,所有菌株都对阿奇霉素、替米考星、泰妙菌素、阿米卡星、头孢噻呋和左氧氟沙星敏感,超过90%的菌株对红霉素(60,96.8%)、氟苯尼考(59,95.3%)、氯霉素(60,96.8%)、庆大霉素(60,96.8%)、壮观霉素(61,98.4%)、青霉素(57,91.9%)、氨苄青霉素(57,91.9%)和环丙沙星(61,98.4%)敏感,但对四环素和恩诺沙星耐药率较高,分别为75.8%(47)和30.6%(19)。耐药谱分析显示,37.1%的菌株对两种以上的抗菌药耐受。本研究结果显示上海市副猪嗜血杆菌对临床常用抗菌药物耐药总体状况尚不严重,但针对多个临床常用药物的耐药菌株已经出现,应对其耐药性进行长期监测。

본연구지재조사아국상해부저기혈간균대림상상용항균약적내약정황,위해병적림상용약여방치제공수거지지。2013~2014년종상해시다개도재장채집양품이급송검병료공계484빈,채용세균분리배양급PCR적방법,분리감정출62주부저기혈간균。채용미량경지희석법측정21충림상상용항균약적최소억균농도。약물민감성측정결과표명,소유균주도대아기매소、체미고성、태묘균소、아미잡성、두포새부화좌양불사성민감,초과90%적균주대홍매소(60,96.8%)、불분니고(59,95.3%)、록매소(60,96.8%)、경대매소(60,96.8%)、장관매소(61,98.4%)、청매소(57,91.9%)、안변청매소(57,91.9%)화배병사성(61,98.4%)민감,단대사배소화은낙사성내약솔교고,분별위75.8%(47)화30.6%(19)。내약보분석현시,37.1%적균주대량충이상적항균약내수。본연구결과현시상해시부저기혈간균대림상상용항균약물내약총체상황상불엄중,단침대다개림상상용약물적내약균주이경출현,응대기내약성진행장기감측。
The aim of this study was to investigate antibiotic resistance inHaemophilus parasuisisolates in Shanghai and thereby to provide data support for antibiotc use in clinical and prevention ofH.parasuisinfection.62 H.parasuis were isolated from 484 samples. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 21 antibiotics were determined by agar dilution method. Susceptibility test showed that all isolates were susceptible to azithromycin, tilmicosin, tiamulin, amikacin, ceftiofur and levofloxacin. At least 90% of them were susceptible to erythromy-cin (60, 96.8%), florfenicol(59, 95.3%), chloramphenicol(60, 96.8%), gentamicin (60, 96.8%), spectinomycin(61, 98.4%), penicillin (57, 91.9%), ampicillin (57, 91.9%) and ciprofloxacin (61, 98.4%). Resistance to tetracycline and enrofloxacin were found in 75.8% (47) and 30.6% (19) of the isolates, respectively. Resistance to at least 2 antibiotics was observed in 37.1% of the isolates. The results of this study indicated that antibiotic resistance inH.parasuis isolates of Shanghai was not too severe. However, resistance to some antibiotics has emerged and enhanced, and continued efforts are needed to monitor the drug susceptibility of the H. parasuisisolates.
