The classification status of SRBSDV (Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus) belonged to the second groups of Fijivirus genus was discussed, which consisted of 10 segments of dou-ble stranded dsRNA and 13 proteins encoded. At the same time, the functions of three non-structural proteins were in-duced,such as SRBSDV-P6 coding gene silencing suppressor, tubular induced by SRBSDV-P7-1, and viroplasm formed by SRBSDV-P9-1. Finally, the interaction between SRBSDV and hosts was de-scribed.
