目的观察鼠神经生长因子治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,两组均在控制血糖的基础上给予导尿、留置尿管、膀胱训练等综合治疗;治疗组加用鼠神经生长因子,18μg,肌内注射,1次/d,连用2w。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后,平均尿量明显多于治疗前(<0.05),亦明显多于对照组治疗后(<0.05);平均每天排尿次数及B超残余尿量明显少于治疗前(<0.05),且少于对照组治疗后(<0.05)。结论在常规治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的基础上,加用鼠神经生长因子,临床疗效显著。

목적관찰서신경생장인자치료당뇨병신경원성방광적림상료효。방법당뇨병신경원성방광환자40례,수궤분위치료조화대조조각20례,량조균재공제혈당적기출상급여도뇨、류치뇨관、방광훈련등종합치료;치료조가용서신경생장인자,18μg,기내주사,1차/d,련용2w。관찰량조림상료효。결과치료조치료후,평균뇨량명현다우치료전(<0.05),역명현다우대조조치료후(<0.05);평균매천배뇨차수급B초잔여뇨량명현소우치료전(<0.05),차소우대조조치료후(<0.05)。결론재상규치료당뇨병신경원성방광적기출상,가용서신경생장인자,림상료효현저。
Objective To observe the ef ect of mouse nerve growth factor on diabetic neurogenic bladder patients. Methods A total of 40 diabetic neurogenic bladder patients were randomly assigned to treated group and control group.Both groups were treated by synthetic therapy such as catheterization, indwel ing catheter,bladder training.And both are treated based on control ing blood sugar. The treated group was received mouse nerve growth factor ,18μg , intramuscular injection,once a day,continuously 2 weeks. Observed the dif erent curativel ef ect of both groups. Results The average urinary output of the treated group was significantly more than before being treated,and more than that of the control group after being treated ( < 0.05).The average urination frequency and residual urine by type-B ultrasonic of the treated group were significantly less than before being treated,and less than that of the control group after being treated ( < 0.05).Conclusion The curativel ef ect of mouse nerve growth factor is distinct in diabetic neurogenic bladder patients based on conventional treatment.
