有效控制检验事故能极大降低特种设备安全事故。抓住检验中检验员这一关键点建立系统动力学模型,分析辨识出整个过程中所有可能导致检验员相关安全事故的原因、事故可能导致的所有后果,以及细化出安全风险隐患所有相关因素间相互作用的反馈回路,为检验中事故的防控与整个检验过程的科学管理提供理论依据。

The effective control of testing accident can greatly reduce the special equipment safety accident. Inspector is considered as the key point in the establishment of the system dynamics model. This paper analyzes all the reasons which may lead to Inspectors related accidents, all possible consequences that accidents may cause, the reifned interreaction feedback loops between the related factors of hidden safety risk. The above results may provide theoretical basis for the scientiifc management to prevent and control the accident in the whole inspection process.
