目的:通过运用壮医理论结合中医理论及针刺法,指导壮医经筋滞动针法对气滞血瘀型颈椎病治疗方案的制订.方法:依据壮医经筋查"灶"选穴,再行针及滞动针刺消"灶"的操作常规,制订该方案的标准操作规程.结果:最终总结出一套壮医治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病的规范性综合方案.结论:本治疗方案操作技术规范,易于学习,便于临床推广应用.

Objective:By the Zhuang medicine theory combined with the traditional Chinese medicine and acu-puncture,to guide the therapeutic scheme of Zhuang medicine hysteresis -dynamic acupuncturt for cervical spondylosis with Qi and blood stasis type.Methods:According to the basis of Zhuang medicine by channel ten-don to check the"focus",then hand-manipulation of needle and hysteresis acupuncture to eliminate it,based on the operation,establish the standard operating procedures of the scheme.Results:Summarize a set of norma-tive comprehensive solutions of Zhuang medicine treatment for cervical spondylosis with Qi and blood stasis type.Conclusion:The treatment technical specification is normalization.It is easy to learn and to apply in the clinic.
