目的:观察芒针速刺配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例.治疗组采用芒针速刺法配合中药离子导入法治疗,对照组采用单纯中药离子导入法治疗,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程.观察两组治疗前后总体疗效、主要症状改善情况、改善指数及改善率.结果:治疗组治疗后总体疗效、主要症状改善情况、改善指数、改善率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论:针刺配合中药离子导入是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of elongated needle combined with Chinese herbal Ion -in-troduction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herni-ation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group received elongated needles combined with Chinese herbal Ion -introduction,and the control group only received Chinese herbal Ion -introduction for the treatment,with 10 times as a treatment course and 2 courses in total.The general therapeutic effect,improvement of major symptoms,improvement index and improvement rate were observed in two groups.Results:The differences in the general therapeutic effect,improvement of major symptoms,improvement index,improvement rate between the treatment group and the control group were statisti-cally significant ( P<0.01 or P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Elongated needle combined with Chinese herbal Ion -in-troduction is an effective method for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
