目的探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效及预后分析。方法选择我院2012年3月~2014年9月接诊的70例股骨颈骨折患者进行研究，用抓阄法将其分为观察组及对照组两组。对照组患者采用内固定手术治疗，观察组患者采用人工髋关节置换术治疗，对两组患者的治疗进行记录并分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为83.33%，显著高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率52.94%，两组间差异经比较具有统计学意义(<0.05)；观察组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组患者手术时间，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）；两组患者的出血量经比较，差异无统计学意义（>0.05）。结论采用人工髋关节置换术对股骨颈骨折患者进行治疗，疗效确切，有助于髋关节功能的快速恢复，缩短患者治疗时间。

목적탐토인공관관절치환술치료고골경골절적료효급예후분석。방법선택아원2012년3월~2014년9월접진적70례고골경골절환자진행연구，용조구법장기분위관찰조급대조조량조。대조조환자채용내고정수술치료，관찰조환자채용인공관관절치환술치료，대량조환자적치료진행기록병분석。결과관찰조환자적치료총유효솔위83.33%，현저고우대조조환자적치료총유효솔52.94%，량조간차이경비교구유통계학의의(<0.05)；관찰조환자적수술시간명현단우대조조환자수술시간，차이유통계학의의（<0.05）；량조환자적출혈량경비교，차이무통계학의의（>0.05）。결론채용인공관관절치환술대고골경골절환자진행치료，료효학절，유조우관관절공능적쾌속회복，축단환자치료시간。
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of the treatment of femoral neck fractures hip arthroplasty and prognostic analysis.Methods Choose from March 2013 to September 2014 accepts the 70 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture is studied,by using the lot ery method wil be divided into observation group and control group in the two groups.The control group were treated by internal fixation surgery,observation group of patients treated with hip arthroplasty,treatment of two groups of patients were recorded and analyzed.Results Observation group of patients with treatment the total ef ective rate was 83.33%,significantly higher than control group in the treatment of patients with a total ef ective rate was 52.94%,the dif erence between the two groups are statistical y significant( <0.05);.Observation group of patients with operation time significantly shorter than the control group patients with operation time,patients with blood loss,there was no statistical y significant dif erence( >0.05).Conclusion Using artificial hip replacement in patients with femoral neck fracture treatment,curative ef ect,is helpful to the hip function of fast recovery,shorten the treatment time.
