利用加速溶剂萃取的检测原理,建立了在纺织品中禁用偶氮染料中代替剥色的测定方法.在无人看管的情况下,通宵自动萃取,有效克服了剥色方法温度高、危险系数大、人力消耗多的缺点.本方法缩短了剥色50%以上的前处理时间,也节约了试剂和成本,测定快速、准确,适用于大批量样品的分析.

Based on the principle of accelerated solvent extraction technology, a method of determination of banned azo dyes insteading of the stripping method was established. In the case of unattended, the instru-ment could perform automatic extraction the whole night, which overcome many shortcomings including high temperature, high danger factor and more human consumption. This method could shorten the pretreatment time by more than 50% and save the reagent and cost. The research was fast and accurate, which was suit-able for the determination of large quantity of samples.
