本实验探究了不同浓度的石油污染物对涡虫体内过氧化氢酶( CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH - PX)三种酶活性的影响.通过急性毒理实验,研究了石油污染物对涡虫毒理作用的24 h半数致死浓度(LD50)为7.209 g/ L.在安全浓度条件下,选取0、0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3 g/ L 七个浓度进行处理,处理时间为24 h.结果表明:石油污染物对涡虫体内3种抗氧化酶活力均有明显影响,随着石油污染物浓度的升高,CAT酶活性总体呈下降趋势;SOD 酶活性总体呈缓慢下降趋势;GSH - PX 酶活性总体呈明显下降趋势.实验说明涡虫对石油污染物非常敏感,可以为石油污染检测等提供理论依据.

The impact of petro - pollutants on activities of Dugesia japonicaˊs catalase( CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH - PX)were studied,and the results showed that the lethal con-centration 50(LD50 )of petro - pollutants on Dugesia japonica at 24h was 7. 209g / L. In the safe concentration range,Dugesia japonica was trained for 24 hours with petro - pollutants solutions of 0,0. 5,1,1. 5,2,2. 5,3g /L respectively. The results showed that the petro - pollutants had a significant effect on the activities of the en-zyme. With the increase of petro - pollutants concentration,the CAT enzyme activity is a downward trend in gen-eral;the SOD enzyme activity showed a trend of slow downtrend;and the GSH - PX activity appeared a dramatic downward trend. Itˊs concluded that Dugesia japonica is very sensitive and will provide the theoretical basis for the detection of petro - pollutants.
