Nickel Zinc Ferrite%tourmaline%coating
采用燃烧法制备镍锌铁氧体包覆电气石复合粉体,通过 XRD、SEM、EDS 等测试对复合粉体进行了表征,并分别测试了镍锌铁氧体、镍锌铁氧体包覆电气石复合粉体的磁性能。实验结果表明通过燃烧法可将镍锌铁氧体有效包覆在电气石表面。磁性能测试结果表明包覆之后复合粉体被磁化、保留磁性的能力均有所增强,达到改善电气石表面磁性的目的。
採用燃燒法製備鎳鋅鐵氧體包覆電氣石複閤粉體,通過 XRD、SEM、EDS 等測試對複閤粉體進行瞭錶徵,併分彆測試瞭鎳鋅鐵氧體、鎳鋅鐵氧體包覆電氣石複閤粉體的磁性能。實驗結果錶明通過燃燒法可將鎳鋅鐵氧體有效包覆在電氣石錶麵。磁性能測試結果錶明包覆之後複閤粉體被磁化、保留磁性的能力均有所增彊,達到改善電氣石錶麵磁性的目的。
채용연소법제비얼자철양체포복전기석복합분체,통과 XRD、SEM、EDS 등측시대복합분체진행료표정,병분별측시료얼자철양체、얼자철양체포복전기석복합분체적자성능。실험결과표명통과연소법가장얼자철양체유효포복재전기석표면。자성능측시결과표명포복지후복합분체피자화、보류자성적능력균유소증강,체도개선전기석표면자성적목적。
The composite powder was represented by preparing Nickel Zinc Ferrite to coat tourmaline through burning,and testing with XRD,SEM,and EDS,and their magnetic properties were also tested respectively. The results show,the tourmaline can be coated with Nickel Zinc Ferrite through burning,and the capacity the compos-ite powder being magnetized and reserving magnetism were both strengthened,reaching the goal of improving the magnetism of the surface of the tourmaline.
