布鲁菌病（布病）在世界各地广泛流行，严重威胁着人类健康，及时和准确诊断是防控布病的有效手段之一。目前布病诊断方法主要包括细菌学、分子生物学和血清学方法，细胞免疫学诊断方法还处于研发阶段，研究主要针对其潜在的诊断靶点抗原进行筛选和评价。论文对布病细胞免疫主要诊断靶点抗原的研究现状进行综述。

Brucellosis has caused huge economic losses and threatened public health in the world.To estab-lish a rapid and accurate detection method to achieve early detection seems to be the current international focus of attention.The traditional diagnostic methods of brucellosis are pathogen detection,molecular methods and serological methods.There are few reports about cell-mediated diagnostic tools.This article introduce the research progress on the target antigens for cell-mediated immune diagnostic tools in brucel-losis detection.
