自全党深入开展群众路线教育实践活动以来,高校以此为契机不断推动学校内涵式发展,努力办令人民群众满意的高等教育.一年来高校教育实践活动最明显的成效是转作风,最根本的成效是促发展,最突出的成效是谋服务,最显著的成效是惠民生.高校发挥政治密集、功能密集、网络密集与民主密集的优势,将教育实践活动与党的建设、内涵式发展、网络生存与协商民主相结合,在认识上深化群众观,在方法上树立示范性,在功能上保持常态化以及在实践中做到全方位,不断提升新时期高校群众工作的科学化水平.

Since the Party carried out the mass line educational practices, the colleges and universities have taken this as an op-portunity, to continue to promote the schools' connotative development, and strive to develop higher education to the people 's satisfac-tion. For one past year, the most significant result for the mass line educational practices in colleges and universities is the shift of work-ing style, the most fundamental effect is promoting the development, the most prominent effect is seeking to serve people, and the most remarkable result is benefiting people's livelihood. Colleges and universities make full use of their advantages in political intensiveness, function intensiveness, network intensiveness and democracy intensiveness, combining the educational practices with the Party building, connotative development, online living as well as consultation democracy, deepening the view on mass in the understanding, establishing the demonstration in the methods, maintaining the normal state in the functions, and considering all aspects in the practice, in an effort to continuously improve the scientific level of the mass work in colleges and universities in the new era.
