我国高校师德建设长效机制研究,涵盖目标机制、动力机制、导向机制、体认机制、监督机制、激励机制、保障机制等多个方面.但在承认成绩的同时必须清醒,问题依然存在并且比较严重,如没有从根本上确认马克思主义思想与价值这一核心、原则;未能澄清高校师德内涵高精深专业知识的特性,并使之与中小学教师的特性区别开来,等等,导致原则性与基础性缺陷. 故必须针对新时期高校师德建设所存在的问题,从思想与价值、组织与领导、宣传与教育、评价与考核、监督与激励等维度,增强我国高校师德建设长效机制.
我國高校師德建設長效機製研究,涵蓋目標機製、動力機製、導嚮機製、體認機製、鑑督機製、激勵機製、保障機製等多箇方麵.但在承認成績的同時必鬚清醒,問題依然存在併且比較嚴重,如沒有從根本上確認馬剋思主義思想與價值這一覈心、原則;未能澄清高校師德內涵高精深專業知識的特性,併使之與中小學教師的特性區彆開來,等等,導緻原則性與基礎性缺陷. 故必鬚針對新時期高校師德建設所存在的問題,從思想與價值、組織與領導、宣傳與教育、評價與攷覈、鑑督與激勵等維度,增彊我國高校師德建設長效機製.

The long-term mechanism of moral construction in Colleges and universities has been studied, which covers the differ-ent aspects, such as target mechanism, power mechanism, mechanism, mechanism, supervision mechanism, incentive mechanism, securi-ty mechanism and so on. We admit achievements as well as believe that problems still exist and they are more serious. If we do not fun-damentally confirm the core and principle of Marxist ideology and value, we will fail to clarify the connotations of university teachers ' morality of high intensive professional knowledge characteristics, and distinguish characteristics between primary and secondary teaching, which leads to defect of principles and base. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on building teachers ' morality in the new period, mainly from the aspects of ideology and value, organization and leadership, publicity and education, evaluation and assessment, supervision and encouragement, etc..
