为研究藏羊DQB1基因编码蛋白的功能，利用生物信息学软件对该蛋白的结构进行预测和分析，结果表明，DQB1蛋白含有信号肽和1个跨膜螺旋区，具有1个 N-糖基化位点、1个酪氨酸激酶磷酸化位点、1个细胞附着序列、1个免疫球蛋白和主要组织相容性复合体蛋白、2个 N-豆蔻酰基化位点、4个酪蛋白激酶Ⅱ磷酸化位点、5个蛋白激酶 C 磷酸化位点，三级结构主要以α螺旋、β折叠和无规则卷曲组成。研究结果可为青海藏羊 DQB1基因抗病性的研究提供参考。

In order to further study the function of DQB1 encoding protein of Tibetan sheep,the structure of the pro-tein was predicted by a variety of bioinformatics softwares,the result showed that the DQB1 protein had signal peptide and one transmembrane helical area,and had several protein modification sites,including one N-glycosyla-tion site,one tyrosine kinase phosphorylation site,one cell attachment sequence,one immunoglobulin and major histocompatibility complex protein signature,two N-myristoylation sites,four casein kinase Ⅱ phosphorylation sites and five protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,the tertiary structure showed that the DQB1 protein consisted mainly ofα-helix,β-pleated sheet and random coil.The research results can provide references for studing the dis-ease resistance characters of DQB1 gene in Qinghai Tibetan sheep.
