"Internet+"has officially become a national strategy, and actively integrated into "internet+"action, which is the mis-sion and responsibility of the publishing industry. At present, the "internet+publication"is facing a series of challenges, such as anti-quated idea, unsuitable system, dependence of habit, outdated contents, copyright infringement, lack of human resources and standard chaos. Regulators and practitioners of publishing industry should actively take measures to cope with those challenges which include straightening management system, setting unified standard, promoting technology innovation, increasing support, strengthening the pro-tection of copyright, paying attention to the legislative work, strengthening personnel training. Standing on the tuyere of "internet +", the internet publishing industry will usher good prospects of mode diversification, scale aggregation, contents of value-added, green produc-tion and personalized service.
