试验采用绣球荚蒾树体下部枝条,经过0.05% IBA处理,扦插生根率达到66.5%~66.9%。绣球荚蒾资源稀少,采用树体上部枝条作为插穗,生根率可达62%。该试验结果为绣球荚蒾种苗产业化发展提供技术指导。

In this study the branches from low position of the tree were taken as the cutting scions to be treated by 0.05%IBA, and the rooting rates reached 66.5%~66.9%. Considering the rare resources of V. macrocephalum, the branches from high position of the tree should be taken as the cutting scions although its rooting was 62%. This study provides practical techniques for mass propagation of V. macrocephalum.
