目的：探讨经阴道子宫腔内彩色多普勒超声对子宫切口妊娠的临床诊断效果。方法从我院2012~2014年的子宫切口妊娠的患者中随机选取36例，对其分别采用传统经腹超声诊断法和腔内超声诊断法进行检查，对比两种检查的结果。结果通过对比，经腹超声和腔内超声的检出率分别为77.78%和94.44%，<0.05具有统计学意义。结论腔内超声在子宫切口妊娠的的诊断中有着良好的诊断效果，能够明显的显示出胎囊的基本情况，为临床研究提供有效的科学依据，值得在临床推广应用。

목적：탐토경음도자궁강내채색다보륵초성대자궁절구임신적림상진단효과。방법종아원2012~2014년적자궁절구임신적환자중수궤선취36례，대기분별채용전통경복초성진단법화강내초성진단법진행검사，대비량충검사적결과。결과통과대비，경복초성화강내초성적검출솔분별위77.78%화94.44%，<0.05구유통계학의의。결론강내초성재자궁절구임신적적진단중유착량호적진단효과，능구명현적현시출태낭적기본정황，위림상연구제공유효적과학의거，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of the clinical diagnosis of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in uterine cavity of uterine incision pregnancy.Methods From our hospital in 2012~2014 of the uterine incision in patients randomly selected 36 cases, which respectively by traditional abdominal ultrasound diagnosis method and diagnosis of intraluminal ultrasound inspection method, comparing the two kinds of the results of the inspection .Results By contrast, transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound detection rates were 77.78% and 94.44%, < 0.05 with statistical significance.Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasound in uterine incision pregnancy has a good diagnosis ef ect of the diagnosis, can show the basic situation of the sac obviously, provide scientific basis for clinical research, it is worthy of clinical application.
