本次研究所选取的纱厂是一处老厂,在工作的过程中机械设备产生的噪音很大,我们依据有关的文件和规范,对纱厂的潜在性危险因素进行了调查,生产流程中主要会存在棉尘的影响,在清花、梳棉等工艺流程上主要会出现噪声等污染。在粗纺工艺流程上浓度检测为0.64~0.82,评定结果显示为合格;其余几个工艺生产流程均超过了国家规定的标准。针对这些情况提出了相应的措施。

This study selected cot on mil is one of the old plant, machinery and equipment in the process of working noise is large enough, we according to the relevant documents and specifications, to mil the potential risk factors were investigated, in the production process wil be influenced by the presence of cot on dust. In scutching, carding process wil be noise pol ution and so on. In roving process concentration detection is 0.64 to 0.82, evaluation results are shown for qualified; several other process, production processes are more than the standards prescribed by the state. The cor esponding measures are put forward for these cases.
