目的 探讨分析脊髓损伤截瘫患者的康复期的护理措施. 方法 选取我院2013年4月至2014年12月期间接受治疗的40 例脊髓损伤患者作为研究分析对象,将所选患者随机均分为对照组和研究组,每组各20例,对照组患者给予常规护理方式,研究组患者在此基础上给予康复护理进行干预,比较两组患者的生活质量评分. 结果 研究组生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况评分分别为61.23 ±20.89、77.51 ±8.28、59.14 ±8.62,分别高于对照组的42.76 ±37.21、59.95 ±7.71、42.54 ±13.47,且两组对比数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 脊髓损伤截瘫患者在康复期给予相应的康复护理进行干预,对患者的生活质量有一定改善作用,此护理方式具有一定的临床应用价值,可大力推广.

Objective To investigate the nursing measures of the patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia .Methods In our hospital in April 2012 to Decem-ber 2014 received during the treatment of 40 cases of spinal cord injury patients as the analysis object ,the selected patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 20 cases in each,patients in control group were given routine care,patients in the study group on this basis give rehabilitation nursing interven-tion,compared two groups of patients quality of life scores.Results The physiological function,body pain,general health status of the study group were 61.23 20.89,8. 28 77.51,8.62 59.14,37.21 42.76,7.71 59.95,13.47 42.54,respectively,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pa-tients with spinal cord injury in the rehabilitation stage of rehabilitation nursing intervention ,to improve the quality of life of patients with a certain improvement ,this method has a certain clinical application value,can be vigorously promoted.
