目的::探讨氧化苦参碱对晚期肝癌患者 AFP、CEA 和 CA125的影响。方法:选取我院收治的晚期肝癌患者158例,根据治疗方法的不同,分为两组,对照组79例,予常规治疗葡萄糖醛酸内酯,还原型谷胱甘肽,维生素K1,等普通护肝药物治疗。治疗组79例,在对照组的基础上加以氧化苦参碱注射液20mL溶于200mL生理盐水中,1d1次静滴,7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗后,观察并比较两组患者的肝功能情况,AFP、CEA 和 CA125的变化以及患者的生存情况。结果:与对照组相比较,治疗组的肝功能明显改善(P<0.05),AFP、CEA和CA125显著降低(P<0.05),生存时间明显延长(P<0.05)。结论:氧化苦参碱能够改善晚期肝癌患者的肝功能,降低AFP、CEA和CA125,延长患者的生存时间。

목적::탐토양화고삼감대만기간암환자 AFP、CEA 화 CA125적영향。방법:선취아원수치적만기간암환자158례,근거치료방법적불동,분위량조,대조조79례,여상규치료포도당철산내지,환원형곡광감태,유생소K1,등보통호간약물치료。치료조79례,재대조조적기출상가이양화고삼감주사액20mL용우200mL생리염수중,1d1차정적,7d위1개료정,치료2개료정。치료후,관찰병비교량조환자적간공능정황,AFP、CEA 화 CA125적변화이급환자적생존정황。결과:여대조조상비교,치료조적간공능명현개선(P<0.05),AFP、CEA화CA125현저강저(P<0.05),생존시간명현연장(P<0.05)。결론:양화고삼감능구개선만기간암환자적간공능,강저AFP、CEA화CA125,연장환자적생존시간。
Objective:To investigate the effect of AFP,CEA and CA125 by oxidation of Matrine in advanced liver cancer patients.Methods:158 advanced liver cancer patients from our hospital were selected and divided into the con-trol group 79 cases and the experiment group 79 cases by different treatment.The control group were treated by glucu-ronic acid,glutathione,vitamin K1 ,and other common liver protecting medicine.The treatment group were treated on the base of the control group with the oxidation of Matrine.The liver function,changes of AFP,CEA and CA125,and survival of patients were observed and compared after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the liver function were better(P<0.05),the AFP,CEA and CA125 were lower(P<0.05),the survival time were longer(P<0. 05).Conclusion:Oxidation of Matrine can improve the liver function of patients with advanced liver cancer,reduce the AFP,CEA and CA125,so as to prolong the survival time of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
