目的 探讨母乳喂养指导路径教育在产科护理管理中的应用. 方法 选择我院2014 年5 月——2015 年5 月在我院生产的产妇80例,随机分为对照组和护理组,对照组仅接受常规护理和常规母乳喂养指导,护理组接受我院母乳喂养指导路径教育后产科护理措施. 观察两组患者护理前后满意度,母乳喂养率及喂养知识掌握情况. 结果 护理组产妇总体满意度(8.4 ±1.3)显著高于对照组(7.8 ±1.2),且产妇护理组母乳喂养率100%、喂养知识掌握优良率92.5%均高于对照组92.5%、87.5%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05). 结论 针对产妇实施母乳喂养指导路径教育下的产科护理,能够有效提高母乳喂养率及产妇喂养知识,且产妇满意度较高,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the application of nursing management in the obstetric nursing management of breast feeding .Methods 80 pregnant women in our hospital from May 2014 to May in our hospital,cases were randomly divided into control group and nursing group ,the control group received routine nursing and routine nursing care,the nursing group received nursing care in our hospital.To observe the satisfaction degree of patients in two groups before and after nursing,breast feeding rate and feeding knowledge.Results The total satisfaction of maternal care group was significantly higher than that in the control group(1.3 1.2),and the rate of breast feeding in the maternal care group was 100%,and the rate of feeding knowledge was 92.5%,92.5%,87.5%,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05).Conclusion The maternity care in the guidance of maternal breast feeding,can effectively improve the breast feeding rate and maternal feeding knowledge,and ma-ternal satisfaction is higher,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
