文章采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对江苏省2003~2013年信息资源产业投资效率进行分析，得出江苏省信息资源产业投资效率总体较高但提升迟缓、部分类别投资效率较低的结论，并指出了可能存在的重视程度不足、发展程度不均衡、统计体系不健全等原因，提出了重视信息资源产业、增强规划引领、金融扶持、技改提升等对策建议。
文章採用數據包絡分析方法(DEA)對江囌省2003~2013年信息資源產業投資效率進行分析，得齣江囌省信息資源產業投資效率總體較高但提升遲緩、部分類彆投資效率較低的結論，併指齣瞭可能存在的重視程度不足、髮展程度不均衡、統計體繫不健全等原因，提齣瞭重視信息資源產業、增彊規劃引領、金融扶持、技改提升等對策建議。

This paper uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to analyze Jiangsu 2003~2013 information resource industry investment efficiency, and concludes that the information resources industrial investment efficiency in Jiangsu is generally high but improvement is slow and part of the investment efficiency is low. With pointing out the possible reasons such as lack of attention to the extent, degree of development unbalanced and the statistical system imperfect, to pay attention to information resources industry, to enhance the planning lead, to give financial support and technical improvement countermeasures have been put forward in this paper.
