调整护理教育层次结构，发展高等护理教育，扩大护理高职高专教育的规模，完善专业结构，建立专科护理岗位培训制度是中国护理事业发展规划纲要(2011~2015年)的主要目标之一[1]。高职高专护理人才培训方法的改革和创新，培训效果的评价与设计，已成为高职高专层次护理教育的重要任务。
