目的：对慢性肾脏病患者出现肾损伤的原因进行探讨并对其治疗要点进行归纳分析。方法选取自2012年2月~2013年11月来我院治疗的180例慢性肾脏病伴急性肾损伤病患，对其发病原因以及治疗效果及预后进行分析。结果 C/A的发病与年龄有着一定的关联，不同年龄阶段有着不同的致病因素。结论 C/A的发病在不同年龄段的侧重点也有所不同，根据此可进行相应的预防；明确致病因素及尽快对症治疗可以大大增加增加治疗效果。
목적：대만성신장병환자출현신손상적원인진행탐토병대기치료요점진행귀납분석。방법선취자2012년2월~2013년11월래아원치료적180례만성신장병반급성신손상병환，대기발병원인이급치료효과급예후진행분석。결과 C/A적발병여년령유착일정적관련，불동년령계단유착불동적치병인소。결론 C/A적발병재불동년령단적측중점야유소불동，근거차가진행상응적예방；명학치병인소급진쾌대증치료가이대대증가증가치료효과。
Objective To investigate the causes of kidney injury in patients with chronic kidney disease, and to summarize the main points of treatment. Methods 180 cases of chronic kidney disease with acute renal injury were treated in our hospital from 2012 to November 2013, 02 cases of chronic kidney disease with acute renal injury, and the causes of the disease and treatment ef ect and prognosis were analyzed. Results The incidence of C/A was related to age and had dif erent pathogenic factors in dif erent age. Conclusion The incidence of C/A is dif erent in dif erent age groups, according to this can be carried out the cor esponding prevention;clear pathogenic factors and as soon as possible symptomatic treatment can greatly increase the treatment ef ect.
