失禁是危急重症、昏迷及截瘫患者的常见症状之一，失禁患者容易并发失禁性皮炎。由于免疫力低下，表皮及真皮变薄，皮肤屏障功能及感觉功能下降，对损伤的反应迟钝、清除皮肤表面化学物质速率下降、体温调节能力下降等原因，老年失禁患者更容易发生失禁性皮炎，在发生失禁性皮炎后，由于表皮更替速率、修复速率变慢，血管神经功能减退，老年患者更不容易康复，需要更多的护理。因此，加强老年患者失禁性皮炎的预防及护理，不仅可以降低失禁性皮炎的发生率，而且可以防止皮肤其他并发症的发生，给患者带来身心健康，使他们树立战胜疾病的信心，最终尽快重返社会。本文将目前临床上预防及护理失禁性皮炎的研究进展综述如下，旨在为护理人员进行皮炎护理时提供依据。

Incontinence is one of the common symptoms of patients with Emergency and severe,coma and paraplegic,incontinence patients easily accompany with Incontinence-Associated Dermantis. Due to low immunity ,thinning of the epidermis and dermis, dysfunction of Skin bar ier and Sensory,slow response to injury,low speed to clear chemicals on skin and decreased ability to regulate body temperature ,etc,elderly incontinence patients is More prone to Incontinence-Associated Dermantis.Moreover,since epidermis regenerative and repair capacity slow down ,neurovascular dysfunction, elderly patients need more nursing works and are less likely to rehabilitation.Therefore, the strengthening of prevention and care of elderly patients with Incontinence-Associated Dermantis,not only can reduce the incidence of Incontinence-Associated Dermantis,but also can prevent the occur ence of skin of other complications ,bring physical and mental health to patients,establish the confidence to overcome the disease,and final y make them return to society as soon as possible. This paper reviewed the clinical y cur ently progress of prevention and care research in Incontinence-Associated Dermantis as fol ows,designed to provide a basis when nurses were taking care of Dermatitis patients .
