随着在医疗技术水平的提高，在医院开展以高中生为队伍的志愿服务群体对提高高中生素质具有重要的影响。高中生积极主动参与到临床志愿活动，通过与患者的直接接触，在认识相关病情的同时，还有益于性格的培养。通过参与患者满意度调查与导医志愿服务，可以为学生提供与医院工作有紧密结合的机会，让学生在实践中感受"奉献、关爱、进步与友爱"的志愿精神，同时还可以让学生更早的与患者接触，有助于培养学生优秀的道德品质与医德品格，并且高中生在志愿服务工作中能够通过观察，提高其沟通技能，这对高中生将来成为一名合格医务人员非常重要。本文就高中生志愿者服务在医院中的作用进行分析。

With the improvement of medical technology, the development team for high school students volunteer service in hospital group has important ef ects on improving high quality. In this paper, the role of high school students volunteer service in hospital were analyzed.
