目的：探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放的意义。方法脑卒中偏瘫患者44例，入院后即给予良肢位摆放。结果患者无肩关节半脱位。结论早期行良肢位摆放并坚持全过程，可明显减少并发症的发生，促进肢体功能恢复。
目的：探討腦卒中偏癱患者良肢位襬放的意義。方法腦卒中偏癱患者44例，入院後即給予良肢位襬放。結果患者無肩關節半脫位。結論早期行良肢位襬放併堅持全過程，可明顯減少併髮癥的髮生，促進肢體功能恢複。
목적：탐토뇌졸중편탄환자량지위파방적의의。방법뇌졸중편탄환자44례，입원후즉급여량지위파방。결과환자무견관절반탈위。결론조기행량지위파방병견지전과정，가명현감소병발증적발생，촉진지체공능회복。
Objective To explore the role of good limb position put in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods 44 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, after admission that give good limb position put. Results The patients with shoulder joint subluxation. Conclusion Early lines of good limb position put and insist on the whole, can obviously reduce the occur ence of complications and promote the limb function recovery.
