This article discusses the existence of minimal elements of cone lower semi-continuous mapping in ordered space.The researchers obtain two results on the existence of minimal elements and the smal-lest elements of such functions.It also points out that a cone-semicompact set raised by H.W.Corley is not a necessarily closed set.
