目的:探讨高血压患者执行Go-Nogo任务时冲突监控机制的特点及与MMSE评分的相关性。方法选取高血压患者、正常对照各15例为研究对象,采用MMSE量表及视觉事件相关电位Go-Nogo实验范式,记录行为学数据和32导脑电数据。结果两组被试的Go刺激平均反应时、命中率无差异性,P>0.05。Nogo-N2波幅[F(1,27)=3.081,P=0.038]、潜伏期[F(1,27)=2.582,P=0.047]组间比较,P<0.05。 Go-N2波幅、潜伏期组间比较,P>0.05。高血压组MMSE评分显著低于正常对照( P<0.05),高血压组Nogo-N2潜伏期与MMSE分数呈负相关,相关系数为-0.293,P=0.036<0.05。结论高血压患者在200~300ms时间窗内冲突监控机制异常,Nogo-N2潜伏期与高血压患者MMSE评分相关,Nogo-N2可能对认知功能的诊断有潜在的价值,为高血压患者认知功能的进一步研究提供神经电生理依据。

Objective To investigate the conflict monitoring mechanisms in patients with hypertension when performing Go /Nogo task and discussed the relationship between Go-N2, Nogo-N2 and the MMSE.Methods Selected 15 cases of hypertension patients and 15 cases of normal controls,using MMSE scale and visual event-related potentials Go-Nogo experimental paradigm, Behavior data and 32 channel EEG data were recorded.Results Behavior data of two groups were not significant difference(P>0.05), The results showed that ERP system: The amplitude (F(1,27)=3.081,P=0.038) and latency of Nogo-N2(F(1,27)=2.582,P=0.047) were significant difference between groups, P<0.05.The amplitude and latency of Go-N2 were not significant difference(P>0.05). Hypertension group MMSE score was significantly lower than the control group( P<0.05) .The latency of Nogo-N2 were negatively correlated to the MMSE scores,r =-0.293,P=0.036<0.05.Conclusion Hypertensive patients in the 200-300ms time window abnormal conflict monitoring mechanisms, Nogo-N2 latencies associated with MMSE score of hypertension patients, Nogo-N2 may have potential diagnostic value for cognitive function in patients with hypertension,provide neurophysiological basis for further study of cognitive function in patients with hypertension.
