Guan Yu%General Guan’ s Bamboo Poem%The Stone Tablet about the Refurbishment of Hong Kong’ s Man Mo Temple
洛阳《关帝庙诗竹碑》和香港上环文武庙《重修香港文武二帝庙堂碑》揭示了关帝庙诗文蕴藏的深厚文化内涵。《关帝庙诗竹碑》虽然与关羽没有什么关系，但是从民间传说、民众信仰的角度讲，只要民众心中相信，就可以与关羽的事迹、人品联系起来。解读《重修香港文武二帝庙堂碑》》可知，要理解关羽，不能仅仅依靠陈寿的《三国志》，还需了解关羽由人到神、显灵佑民的整个民间信仰的历史，惟此，才能真正理解民众信仰层面的关羽大帝。
洛暘《關帝廟詩竹碑》和香港上環文武廟《重脩香港文武二帝廟堂碑》揭示瞭關帝廟詩文蘊藏的深厚文化內涵。《關帝廟詩竹碑》雖然與關羽沒有什麽關繫，但是從民間傳說、民衆信仰的角度講，隻要民衆心中相信，就可以與關羽的事跡、人品聯繫起來。解讀《重脩香港文武二帝廟堂碑》》可知，要理解關羽，不能僅僅依靠陳壽的《三國誌》，還需瞭解關羽由人到神、顯靈祐民的整箇民間信仰的歷史，惟此，纔能真正理解民衆信仰層麵的關羽大帝。
락양《관제묘시죽비》화향항상배문무묘《중수향항문무이제묘당비》게시료관제묘시문온장적심후문화내함。《관제묘시죽비》수연여관우몰유십요관계，단시종민간전설、민음신앙적각도강，지요민음심중상신，취가이여관우적사적、인품련계기래。해독《중수향항문무이제묘당비》》가지，요리해관우，불능부부의고진수적《삼국지》，환수료해관우유인도신、현령우민적정개민간신앙적역사，유차，재능진정리해민음신앙층면적관우대제。
This essay investigates and analyzes The General Guan’s Bamboo Poem in Luoyang’s Guan Yu Temple and The Stone Tablet about the Refurbishment of Hong Kong’s Man Mo Temple in Sheung Wan’s Man Mo Temple. With a close reading of the poem and the prose,this essay brings the profound cultural connotations embedded in Guan Yu Temple’s poem and prose to light. Although the poem has nothing to do with Guan Yu ,from the perspec-tive of folklore and popular belief,people will relate it with Guan Yu’s deeds and moral quality. Through interpre-ting The Stone Tablet about the Refurbishment of Hong Kong’s Man Mo Temple,we can not merely depend on Chen Shou’s The History of the Three Kingdoms to understand Guan Yu,we also need to know the history of the folk belief that Guan Yu was respected as a god and manifested himself to bless people. By doing so,we can really understand general Guan Yu from the aspect of popular belief.
