    地方高师院校的转型发展是高等教育发展势之所趋，其总体思路和主要任务是调整学科专业结构。实践中，它体现为三条行之有效的路径：一是培育新兴学科和应用学科，二是调整传统的专业结构，三是推动教师有序转型。

    Expounds the difficulties that discipline and majors are facing in transformation and upgrading period of local teachers colleges to comprehensive university. By cultivating emerging discipline and applied discipline, and by adjusting the professional structure, and by building "double type" of teaching staff, so as to achieve the transformation upgrading of local teachers colleges.
