目的：针对百白破疫苗接种时发生的不良反应，通过发现并分析不良反应发生的原因进行治疗及预防。方法收集2011年1月~2012年1月在我院接种百白破疫苗后发生不良反应的61例儿童的相关病历资料，根据接种后出现的不同不良反应进行统计分析。结果29例弱反应，26例中度热反应，6例重度热反应，总发热率为100豫；局部出现硬结为28例，硬结发生率为45.90豫。结论为了有效预防百白破接种产生的不良反应，在百白破接种之前应对儿童身体状况进行相关的检查，接种时要注意注射部位、注射深度、消毒技术等，做好这些基础工作，可以明显降低百白破接种后不良反应的发生率。
목적：침대백백파역묘접충시발생적불량반응，통과발현병분석불량반응발생적원인진행치료급예방。방법수집2011년1월~2012년1월재아원접충백백파역묘후발생불량반응적61례인동적상관병력자료，근거접충후출현적불동불량반응진행통계분석。결과29례약반응，26례중도열반응，6례중도열반응，총발열솔위100예；국부출현경결위28례，경결발생솔위45.90예。결론위료유효예방백백파접충산생적불량반응，재백백파접충지전응대인동신체상황진행상관적검사，접충시요주의주사부위、주사심도、소독기술등，주호저사기출공작，가이명현강저백백파접충후불량반응적발생솔。
Objective In view of the DPT vaccine adverse reactions occur, by discovering and analyzing the cause of the adverse reactions in treatment and prevention. Methods Col ected in January 2011-January 2012 in our hospital after the DPT vaccine adverse reactions of 61 cases of the related medical records of children, according to the dif erent adverse reactions of after vaccination were analyzed. Results 29 cases of weak reaction, 26 cases of moderate thermal response, and 6 cases of severe thermal response, the heating rate was 100%;Local scleroma is 28 cases, induration incidence was 45.90%. Conclusion In order to ef ectively prevent the DPT vaccination of adverse reactions, before diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus vaccination for children's health related inspection, vaccination should pay at ention to the injection site, injection depth, disinfection technology, such as wel the foundation work, can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus vaccination.
