壳聚糖的水解产物是单糖或低聚糖,其不仅能很好的溶解于水,而且能被有效吸收利用,具有治疗癌症、防治心血管疾病、防治糖尿病等生理功能,应用前景广阔。本文主要通过超生声波/酶协同作用来降解壳聚糖,并研究了其降解过程的温度依赖性。研究结果显示:反应温度在40℃时,降解效果显著。

각취당적수해산물시단당혹저취당,기불부능흔호적용해우수,이차능피유효흡수이용,구유치료암증、방치심혈관질병、방치당뇨병등생리공능,응용전경엄활。본문주요통과초생성파/매협동작용래강해각취당,병연구료기강해과정적온도의뢰성。연구결과현시:반응온도재40℃시,강해효과현저。
Degradation product of chitosan is monomer suger or oligomer,which can not be dissolved in water absoultiy,but can be effectively absorbed by human’s body.It also can be used to treat cancer,and prevent some disease,such as cardiovascular disease,diabetes,cancer and so on.So it have a splendid application prospect.In this paper, chitosan was degradated by lysozyme catalysis and the temperature interaction.The results showed that chitosan was degraded fast in the temperature(40℃).
