目的：观察心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理中的效果。方法选择2014年1月~12月我院收治的120例急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象，采取随机分组方式将其均分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例，观察对比两组患者临床护理满意度。结果临床护理满意度对比，观察组明显优于对照组，(<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论在急性闭角型青光患者中，采取心理护理措施，能有效提升患者临床护理满意度。

목적：관찰심리호리재급성폐각형청광안호리중적효과。방법선택2014년1월~12월아원수치적120례급성폐각형청광안환자작위연구대상，채취수궤분조방식장기균분위대조조화관찰조，매조각60례，관찰대비량조환자림상호리만의도。결과림상호리만의도대비，관찰조명현우우대조조，(<0.05)차이구유통계학의의。결론재급성폐각형청광환자중，채취심리호리조시，능유효제승환자림상호리만의도。
Objective To observe the ef ect of psychological nursing in the nursing of acute angle closure glaucoma.Methods 120 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared with the groups.Results Compared with the clinical nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05),the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion In the acute angle closure glaucoma patients,take psychological nursing measures,can ef ectively improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients.
