目的:探讨病案导学式教学模式在重症医学科临床教学带教效果。方法从2010级及2011级中医、针灸学本科实习生中随机抽取81名学生作为研究对象,并将其随机分为常规教学模式组与病案导学式教学模式组。并且在入科及出科时组织学生考试。结果研究对比发现观察组经病案导学式教学成绩显著优于对照组,经比较有统计学差异(<0.05)。说明应用病案导学教学模式在重症医学科的临床教学中可以得到满意的教学效果。结论病案导学式教学模式具有较强的引导性,在这种模式下可以培养出学生的理论与实际相结合的能力,有效提高学生临床综合素质,是一种应该得到推荐的临床教学模式。

Objective To explore the teaching mode of teaching ef ect in clinical teaching in icu. Methods From the level of 2010 and 2011, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion science undergraduate interns were randomly selected 81 students as the research object, and were randomly divided into conventional teaching model group and medical guidance group teaching. And organize students into the science and the students in the exam. Results Comparative study found in the observation group the teaching achievement was significantly bet er than the control group, by comparison with statistical dif erence ( < 0.05). Il ustrate the clinical teaching application case based teaching mode in the ICU can get satisfactory teaching results. Conclusion medical record guiding type teaching mode has strong guidance, in this mode can cultivate students the theory and practice of ability, ef ectively improve students' clinical comprehensive quality, is one kind which should be recommended in clinical teaching mode.
