目的：探讨腹腔镜手术用于治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2011年1月~2014年12月入住我院行腹腔镜囊肿剥除术患者30例，对照组30例采取传统开腹手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及术后疗效。数据处理采用检验。结果两组在术中出血量、术后恢复、住院时间等方面的差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术为微创手术，具有损伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优势。腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿可部分代替开腹手术，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토복강경수술용우치료란소낭종적림상응용개치。방법회고분석2011년1월~2014년12월입주아원행복강경낭종박제술환자30례，대조조30례채취전통개복수술치료。비교량조수술시간、술중출혈량급술후료효。수거처리채용검험。결과량조재술중출혈량、술후회복、주원시간등방면적차이균유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론복강경수술위미창수술，구유손상소、술중출혈소、술후회복쾌、주원시간단등우세。복강경수술치료란소낭종가부분대체개복수술，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 patients with laparoscopic cyst was performed in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014, 30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery. The operation time, bleeding volume and postoperative curative ef ect of the two groups were compared. Data processing using x2 test. Results There were significant dif erences in the amount of blood loss, postoperative recovery, length of hospital stay between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for minimal y invasive surgery, has the advantages of smal injury, less bleeding, rapid recovery, shorter hospital stay, and so on. Laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian cyst can be replaced by open surgery, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
